Tom Piper

Aemigrated to the U.K. where he taught at the Ruskin School of Drawing, University of Oxford, and worked in Fine Art publishing at Editions Alecto, London. Piper spent three years in the Middle East, at the Burston Graphic Centre and The Jerusalem Print Workshop. He worked at Peregrine Press inc. in Dallas Texas in the mid 1980s before returning to the U.K. Tom Piper is the former head of the Printmaking section on the Fine Art course in the  Cardiff School of Art and Design, University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. He has been the former director of Centre for Research in Fine Art, and is a founder member of V-6 (artists, printmakers and publishers)  His recent work combines traditional printmaking methods and digital technology.
